VP-540 Printhead swap?

Hello all!

I think the cyan head is going out on my VP-540. A navy blue banner printed as eggplant/deep purple this morning. Running a few test prints yields an odd banding issue that looks like hooks or waves (tried getting a picture but it doesn't show up.). Makes me think its the printhead. Is this something I can do or better left to a pro? Thoughts? Anyone have a service manual?

CLEAN THE HEADS! Do the manual maintenance every week (alcohol and swab thing). Change the wiper blades every month. Change the damper seals every year. It sounds like the head is drying out and it is not getting cleaned in between print jobs by the wipers. The heads don't go out that easy or often. And the heads cost around $1200 each, you got 4 in there. Clean it and it will last 10+ years.
