vp540 help desperately!!

i need help please...
i have a roland vp 540, i moved it to a new place last week,
after trying to print something the cyan print head wasnt printing,
i did some digging and found out that the dampers are completely dry, no ink at all!!
i removed the hose from the top of the dampers and tried pulling ink and nothing!! line is clear without any ink
remved the top of the printer and theres no ink all the way to the cartridges... all other colors are fine, lines are filled.

what could cause this, i will replace the captops & dampers, could it be something more serious like a a pump?

it probably got tilted in such a way during the move that flooded the cyan cap, that then chained the cart to the waste bottle and started a siphon effect draining the cyan.

Thanks, i tried a new cartridge and still no ink, i found debries of a "o" rubber ring, im pretty sure it belongs to one of the dampers
