vp540 not respond~

I was try to cut some vinyl letters so I turn heater /dryer off and wait to be cut..........

just show "Now Processing" for hour and doing nothing.
so pressed power button for 5sec and still doing nothing.

Is it OK to turn main power off and restart??

Couldn't hurt to try it . . . you may lose unsaved work !

Turn it off...start over. You don't have to turn off the heat...doa test cut as warm vinyl and cold vinyl cut with different pressures.
