the xc can also be set up as CMYKOG... add orange and green. i worked at a shop that had one set like that with megaink. the colors you could get on that thing were awesome. for sign work we didn't need lt cyan or lt mag so the orange and green additions really made some colors pop. we had a versa camm too and the printing speed of it compared to the xc was snails pace.

I am all for the speed of the XC540 but did you notice much difference in the quality when set to speed against the VP.
