VS-300 End of sheet when I still have sheet

This has happened a couple of times this week. I am thinking maybe the roll is pulling out a little and causing this. This is while printing, not cutting.

Now this seems to happen when the status is 'Now Processing' with what seems to be an ink circulation or ink load. That 'tickatickaticka' sound. I do have 3 low inks but not to nothing.

The other 3 things I can think of are maybe low ink levels below what is being reported, network latency and the front of the sheet curling up and causing the error.

Thoughts on this?

Mine does this sometimes…. I usually just chalk it up to low lightIng or I clean the sensor…..

Or as the post above me says, cover the hole……

I did that to my front hole… so I could. BE closer to the roll edge

I've had this problem with certain materials. It quits before finishing and cutting. The message says end of roll. I have been pulling out from the back and letting it load from the pulled out part. I wonder if they just rolled it too tight.

Yeah, something I didn't think of but it was quite stiff in the back. I did the hole cover. The only issue with that will be a true run out situation.
