VS-540 cyan printing wrong

Can anyone help me. I have been having this problem with my VS-540 printing cyan marks. It only happens with in the first 15" of material.

is there any overspray in the white letters and is that green printed as well as it should, just had to change my print head due to odd things happening to the cyan

it does look like a electrical issue.

All colors print just fine. For some reason the cyan head prints when it is not suppose too. There is no overspray on anything. Roland tech support told us it was a strange artifact issue. Not sure what that means.

Def looks like the cable is the prime suspect. Try reseating them and check to make sure they are in working order. Make sure main power is turned off before doing this.

I have reset the head cables. That did not seem to work. A roland tech was down here 2 weeks ago and replaces the cables and the board and the encoder stripe. Any other ideas
