Hello Tech or anyone with similar experience

When I want to do my limit initialization, I unlock and lock head back into position and when led says set up the limit, I press enter hoping the cut carriage will disengage the print carriage or says setting up cutter down position but I'm getting REMOVE SHEET even though the media has been removed, what I need to do to get by here this reminder

Secondly, if customers are not getting the colors they desire on vectors file is there a Roland general number to call so that the designers can talk to them directly.

Thanks all brothers

1. Make sure that there isn't any tape left over rear media sensor. Sometimes people will cover this for various reasons.
2. No Roland won't talk to your customers about color management. You need to educate yourself so you can explain the limitations and, better yet, improve your chances of hitting their colors.

Good luck

Thanks for your reply Joe. I checked the platen for vinyl pieces of paper and clean the lever load sheet sensor but I didn't check the rear and you are right there might be some pieces of paper hanging there, good called. Do you think something is wrong with the load sheet sensor beside lever? I never read about people changing that before.Happy weekend

The message you reported is because the machine "thinks" there's something over the media sensor.
If this were the punch lever sensor, you'd get a message to lower the pinch wheels.
The media sensor can get stuff just sitting on it, besides someone intentionally covering the sensor. If you don't see something, try blowing it with canned air too.
Good luck
