vs-540i print head dead

hi ya'll. had complete loss of cyan last week. did several cleanings, choke clean, and checked ink flow to damper. It appears I didn't get the ink line seated properly at damper. Over night the entire cyan cartridge leaked out and was on floor under right side of machine. After that the entire print head stopped firing. I did not see any ink at all on any boards. Checked two fuses and they are good. I can't seem to find any reference to a 3rd fuse. I don't want to replace the head without any evidence. Anyone had this happen? Is there anything else I should be looking at? THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ANY HELP I CAN GET!

Did it leak inside the head and then out? If so, it most likely fried the internals of the head. Unfortunately these heads are well known for being easy to fry.

No, it leaked at top of the damper.

No, it leaked at top of the damper.

but did it leak down on the boards on the side? It certainly sounds like the head is dead, however it also usually blows one or both of the fuses.
