Dear team, please help
my roland vs 60 mod toner C,M,Y, K, LC, LM,
i can't get grayscale. In Corel Draw, I set the gray volume to get it.
Can you help me how to get grayscale.

You have to be more spezific.
Do you want the rip to print with black only?
You can define a CMYK color with k component only.
Then in Versaworks you can set use linearisation only in color management.
This way, the color is printed with k only.
But this doesn't give a neutral gray.

To get a neutral gray, you need well mixed ink.(if there is 40% ink in the cartridge and it hasn't been mixed every 2-4weeks, throw it away and take a new one)
Then you need to create a profile specific to your printer and media.(assuming a perfect nozzle test )
Everything else is guesswork.
