Vs540 getting random drop out in blacks and grey

Randomly happens, mainly in black, but this time just in this grey area of 10 panels I printed. This has been randomly happening since I bought the printer in 2019. Any thoughts on a fix? Maybe encoder strip? I typically use the generic 2 profile in standard when printing on ij175cv3 and 40-c . For some reason versaworks wont recognize the profiles when I try to add them.

Ink setup is CMYKcm
VersaWorks 5.5.1
