Vs640 Ink Clogged After One Print

Dear all,

I have VS 640, and it shows bad test print for black color only after every print i did. So I have to clean with powerful clean for every print that I make. The printhead if brand new.

Flush the entire black system with flush solution. Replace dampers. Replace capping station tops. Likely not sealing the cap station properly
