VS640 not recognising cartridge

Hello,
My VS640 is not recognising Slot 4 Cyan cartridge. It does for a few seconds, but that’s about it. Any advice?

Sounds like the sensor is dirty. I'd open it up and clean it, if that doesn't work, then you'll probably need a new one.

There are also two sensors in there. One is the chip reader but there is a tiny little button towards the back of the holder that tells the machine a cartridge is inserted. If that is bent backwards or out of place it could be the issue.
