VSAR Logo Font

[ShawnLVESP]

I got this logo to reproduce. They do not have the original vector file anymore. They use this font for a lot of things. They don't know what the font name is and can't find the person who has it or the vector logo.

Any help would be great. I've tried dafont and other font sites and no luck.
