Vutek 3250 secondary ink tank not filling up

Hey guys, I know this is an old thread and all, but we just purchased (a year ago) a GS3250lx Ultra, and I'm stating to get sporadic issues like these, do any of you have a technical manual, or at a minimum some kind of technical documentations. I would greatly appreciate any document sent my way, PM me if you don't want to share publicly.
