Wall covering for cafe above counter

I am bidding on a job to cover an area 6'x20' on a back wall of a café. There is a counter below the graphic so the print would be exposed to food/liquid. Probably would need to be cleaned frequently. What material would be good for this area? Thanks.

Second surface direct print on 0.030" or thicker styrene. Should last longer than they'll stay in business LOL. The matte finish I get from my sub is awesome.

Thanks for your reply. I'm very apprehensive about doing large size prints in reverse. How do you check alignment/registration if you can't see through the back side? The graphics are complex geometric shapes that must align exactly.

UV flat bed print on second surface, done. I sub mine out and they always look fantastic.

That sounds like the way to go. Now I just need to find someone in my area that I can sub it out to that I know will do a good job.
