Have a client in Florida needing a wall wrap print, looking to buy at $3 so he can sell at $4 to get the job. 10'x10' print and can be paneled.

A huge commercial printer with state-of-the art equipment and material handling, printing miles of material every day, may be able to get their IJ 8624 with 8518 laminate cost down to around $2.40. About the lowest wholesale price you will find will be around $4 sq. ft.
If the wall is not textured, other option with laminate can be had for around $3 sq. ft.
Look at the total cost including installation plus warranty. Otherwise you will be comparing apples with oranges.
