Wall Sign Blanks?

Afternoon,

Looking for these sign blanks, we would be doing custom graphics on the blanks.

Non of my suppliers have these (the ones that have gotten back to me that is)

EDIT: one of the other shop guys has done this before, used PVC board heated and cooled into desired shape.

first thought was out of aluminum, no problem to it cold or with heat

not sure how another material would take the cold/heat to bend it.

One of those tight dead lines that doesn't allow a lot of room to test theories

My local sign/plastic sheet distributor will cut & bend pvc to whatever specs I need. ...could be someone near you does as well.

Yeah should had asked the others in the shop one of the guys in the shop have used PVC before to do these signs

guessing pvc, these pics and this "[FONT=&quot]let me know if you can produce this"[/FONT] was all that was in the E-mail

I make these all the time. We use a heat bender with an aluminum template. It takes forever though.
