Warped 3mm Aluminum sign tray

Is there anyway I could repair this and make it flat again?
I removed old vinyl decals from the sign but used to much heat in places which made has warped the aluminium. I tried to heat the surrounding areas to see if it would return to its initial shape but that didn't work.

I would say you are not getting that flat again. New piece over the top of that.

If money is concern. The least expensive way would be.
Skin over it with ACM.
Decorate that however you want.
Do yourself a favor and put an angle on the back of the top. VHB, screws, glue or whatever is appropriate. Drop it on there and collect.

Definitely go for the angle on the top, even if it's just a few small sections to hold to panel in place which you can then remove mid install if necessary.

If you take it down you might be able to hammer it out the smooth with bondo similar to car bodywork, but it would probably cost more in labor than just replacing the panel.
