Warped/Bending GatorFoam

So I applied a Pantone chart printed on vinyl and the gator foam is seriously warped. If I remember correctly, it warped when I cut it, before I applied the vinyl but it's gotten much worse. Is there a way to fix it or a way to mount it to a wall where I will flatten out? Also, did I do something wrong that caused it to warp?

You've evidently have done something wrong. Gator will not warp, even if you paint one side and not the other. Vinyl will not do it either. Surface tension or whatever it's called is not stronger than the substrate itself.

Are you sure you are using gator and not some substitute ??

It's usually referred to as Gator board, not foam, but why split hairs ??

Yeah you're right, it was some knock off brand that wasn't Gatorboard

So it wasn't Gatorfoam brand? What is Gatorboard? Is it the same as Gatorfoam? We use a lot of Gatorfoam here and sometimes foam core for short term use.
