I'm a newbie here and trying to help out a sign making client of mine (I'm in IT support). The company who supplied their large format printers and PC doesn't support them anymore. So I'm slowly learning about these things.
My question is - how can I change the location of the print queues in their software and have it be a permanent change. I have gone into Preferences from the File menu and then the Print Queue Location tab and entered the new settings for each queue so that they will use a different drive on the PC. The problem is that when the software is shutdown, then on restarting Wasatch it has gone back to the default location for each print queue.
Am I missing something silly here or is this just the way it works?
