Water Tank Route error on JF-1610

I know the manual says "Water pump timeout"....but how do you fix this? Our operator has to shut it off and turn it back on a few times for it to stop.

Is there something i can do to prevent this from happening every day?

Anything? Still getting the error. We have to shut off the machine and reboot it. Sometimes it takes more than once for the error to go away.

Did you ever resolve this?

This could be a few things....from lack of water/antifreeze, the wrong mix of either, water pump going out, and even the flow being backwards or clogged.
