Weather Resistant Temporary Sign Cabinets

I have a real estate agent that wants a temporary sign cabinet the she put in the front yard and change out the information with printed paper. It would also hold flyers, etc.

I know a regular frame could be used with a plastic tube or holder for 8.5"x 11" papers but she wants prospective buyers to be able to pull up and read the information without taking a flyer.

Adapt what contractors use to display their permits outdoors.

Building one out of coro (no front face just a roof and sides) is also an option and should it be stolen or destroyed no major investment loss.

If real estate agent is wanting to change it out with printed paper. Are they planning on printing something on their desktop printer? If so it want last very long outside. The ink has no uv resistance.
