I would like to promote my services online with a website that offers and online designer and that provides purchase options based on size such as banners by square foot / inches.... Does anyone recommend a company they might currently be using? Or does anyone have a contact for a person or company that makes these sites? Anybody out there currently using this type of site that I can look at?

I've tried a bunch and there are some good ones out there these days (compared to 10 years ago when I started looking). I can say stay away from INKXE. Their designer is nice but support is a joke (they may be a scam at this point). I bought a lifetime license but when the site broke I tried to contact support but you can't contact them unless you have an account. Well I have an account (I've had lots of contact with support in the past) but it won't let me log in anymore. It won't allow me to reset my password and they are unresponsive to any help on the matter.
