fatboy, that is one of those photos that you will cherish forever. weekends right now are kind of boring as I'm not much of winter person. come summer, it's the beach for me. we live near Lake Champlain and there are some really pretty beaches around me. my grandson will be 1 1/2 this summer so he will be fun to play in the sand with. the other thing I love for weekends is the ocean. it's a 4 hour drive but tht isn't bad for a weekend trip.

Kids are grown & gone.... Just me & the dog... Usually BBQ, beer and music, always outside as long as the weather is good looking out over the lake.... Nothing better than a day at home just me and the mutt and no schedules to follow...

This weekend we're riding in a Mardi Gras parade in a town nearby....then Thursday we take off for Mardi Gras in Mobile/New Orleans. We rarely stay around the house on the weekends, there's too much to see and do out there.
