Weird ink stains on unprinted parts

Humidity problem.

Humidity is very rare I am on a very hot place , how do I get rit off stactic ?
Today we try another roll off the same material and happen again

Humidity is what helps avoid static.

Had a similar issue years ago, something to do with static discharge when the heads weren't firing to burn off the ink particles in the air (from memory). Solution was to print white areas with 0.7% yellow (the eye can't see it) to keep a head firing at all times.

Not sure if it's the same or if it will work.

Looks like FUZZ hanging under the carriage somewhere.
Access Carriage and inspect closely.
