Weird resizing issue eps export problem

Hey guys,
I’m having an issue sending a design from Corel to the summa print controller. Actually just saving the eps file is the actual issue as I have just found out. I have pulled a vector design from another project I had and (about .75 x 1.8”) I stack it 2 high and 28 wide for a single pass on the dc4sx and the thing prints sideways but only about 8 units in the middle of the 30” vinyl. I noticed when I saved it in Dropbox and look at it on my phone that the file looks the same as it is printing but...back in Corel it looks 4” high and 25” long???

it actually appears to be the same size as another project I had open in another tab...it’s weirding me out y’all!

Do you have selection only clicked? It may be exporting the entire page which makes the print items smaller.

Select all the stickers, and send to winplot "selected"

It is something in the exporting that is going on. I can’t select and send to colorcontrol, it opens color control but doesn’t open a file. If I export as an eps postscript3 it goes from what is seen on the screen to these 10 of 56, rotated 90° and placed in the middle of the page. I’ve opened them in ai, inkscape, graphtec studio pro... all show the same thing. When I’m exporting, is there anything missing that should be/not be checked that’s not right in the advanced export settings?

Looking into this further, this seems to happen to a few people in the Corel forums, lots of chatter, no solutions. I put in a ticket with Corel.

I’ve tried it clicked and not clicked...same issue

it’s even happening on files I printed earlier in the week that didn’t have the problem

Check the settings of your cut software, specifically cutter page size AND printer page size.

Ok, I took a single decal and selected it, then exported it as an eps with selected only, then as border around object. From
There I started a new file in Corel with my 4x25” size. I then imported that file and filled the sheet with them. Seems to have been able to export from that correctly... what a pain.

I think I originally designed the decal on a standard letter size page. When I exported that I probably exported the entire design and page causing something weird to import to the 4x25” page when it was imported then step and repeated to fill the page.
