Welcome or Welcomes???

I've thought about this long enough that my brain locked up on it.

"E.P. & RMNP Welcome John Doe" or "E.P. & RMNP Welcomes John Doe"

"Welcome" (not plural) seemed correct until I started thinking about it, but since trying to make sure it was, I'm stuck.

Any suggestions for me?

Third person plural: They welcome or he and she welcome

No "s" in your example is correct.

Singular welcomes. As in 'John welcomes.'
Plural welcome. As in 'We welcome.' or 'John & Mary welcome.'

You know how you look at a word for 10 minutes while looking for the perfect font... Fork? What does Fork even mean? Fork. Fork. Fork. Fork. Is that even a real word?!

In 21 years of "professional" sign work, only once did a misspelled (typo) word make it to a sign. That's not too bad, is it? Restarant!? Geesh! How'd that even happen!? I was in a hurry, had to get it up because I was leaving town for 10 days. I had a bad next 10 days while I was in Boston... thinking of the sign for most of it.
