I am still what is considered rather 'green' with only two years in the sign business but I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that this will be the most rewarding experience I encounter.
My new boss is a member here and steered me to the site - I have to say there is quite a bit to learn and he is doing a great job giving me the work to do. Second week in and I am learning how to gold-leaf a sandblasted sign. How cool is that?!
