Western fonts

Hoping someone can recognize these western fonts. My eyes are going buggy searching and FMF doesn't come halfway close.

Arial Sucks.
Looks like it's all Letterhead fonts. The biggest type element is LHF Timberlodge (badly squeezed). Mike's Block looks like another one (edit: that's not it after all, it actually looks like the Mad Magazine logo typeface). I'm not sure about the "Next Left" type, although it looks like someone squeezed the hell out of it rather than find a naturally condensed typeface. Lazy.

Thanks. Timber Lodge is definitely the big one. But the other one isn't Mike's Block. Fortunately because you suggested LHF, I found the other. It's Fancy Full RoundBold. I don't care about the directional stuff.
