What da Font?

Need help with this font. It's close to several I have but a few things are always different.

Looks like Arial to me but here are Ariel, Myriad and Nimbus Sans in that order.

no I don't think so. the lower case letters are too big height wise and the "a" is all wrong. They are all close but the others are a bit thin with lower case.!
Man that's a toughy!

Look again while comparing to the sample.

Top is Arial and bottom is Myriad.

Myriad is not correct. The font is called Gotham from HTF
