What design software exports like this?

Client sent me files for print, but have no idea what they exported it with... I can rebuild the layout using their 11x17 printout and the pictures provided, but would rather open it with the software they used to design it in the first place.

Any ideas? photos are of the CD contents and a subfolder. CorelDraw? InDesign?

Looks like it's packaged, which would possibly mean indesign.

looks like mac files....they have no extensions.
