Hi,
My first day on here. First of all hello to anyone that reads my question.
I work off a Mutoh VJ-1618A and the Mutoh SC-Pro. When our digital department send over files. Multiple times, a .ai, .psd, .eps, or.ps file will work with a printed job then contour cut path. Every time we have a job, they don't always workout. The problem is, I can see the path, yet when I put a contour cut to it. It either does not read the path, or puts cuts where they don't go and leave out some of the ones it is supposed to cut.
My question or two is:
Is it something to do with the files the client may send over?
Is there a better file to send to the me to use in the PhotoPrint Editor?
