I have spent a lot of time looking for this font for someone but I cannot identify it on any font sites. Is this a particular font from a sign program?

Some similarities to Revue but not a match.

I'd recognize those toilet seats anywhere............. it's just a bastardized version of Revue.

Actually, it certainly looks close enough if all you do is add a stroke here and there.
