Ive looked on whatthefont etc but cant fine anything close

Arial Sucks.
It looks like Commercial Script. But the "E" is either customized or it's from a version of the font that includes some new swash alternate glyphs.

I've managed to sort it now by removing the glyphs then managed matched the font and then redrew the glyphs
