What font is this?

Its not Arial, and it's not Helvetica, but its really close. The R, is what is throwing me off. Any help on this one?

Unfortunately, I need to match exactly as what I am creating is going to go 4 feet away from the pre-existing vinyl in the photo, and they have stuff everywhere. Basically, I'm trying to land a big client, and if I can pull this off exactly, it's going to make us look really good so close, isn't going to work. I need dead on exact.

Lowercase "a" is still different, as is the lowercase "c". I've never had a font throw me for this big of a loop before.

It's close, but no cigar. I was just informed that this particular font might not be public. Apparently the client had a family of fonts created to use internally. Not sure if this is one of them... Time to get on the phone and get some questions answered.

Yup, they just emailed over their font package... internal font created for the client for internal use. Thank you all for your help trying to decipher it!!!
