What is best way to stencil?

Hello everyone,,,I have a job where large crates need to have stenciling on them. The surface is plywood and the letters and numbers need to be 2" tall.
The words and numbers take up about 24 sq. ft.
There are 27 sides that need to be stenciled. After that the stencils are scrap.
I have never done stenciling before. All I can think of is run the vinyl,,& place it on the crate and paint, then remove vinyl. But I could not reuse the vinyl. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Paul

Yes you said wood but magnetic material lays flat

Oilboard, we have a local packaging co. do them. Can be used again and again.

i found breninc.com from this site and ordered some samples...

ive been wanting to paint camo for some time...

the 10 mil stencil material is fantastic and i ordered a 24" roll of it. its a bit pricey however it cuts easy and weeds extremely easy and hold up to constant spraying. i highly recommend this material.
