Need Help What is my issue? Media Brand, ICC Profile, or?

180 print looks fine to me.
My roland prints with tiny dots but you have to get like super close to it to see it. Like close as 1 ft

You are correct, it is my fault for thinking wide format printing can achieve super smooth fine dots printing. After comparing with many other stickers from different shops my is just as good. I was just concerned because I am mainly printing stickers from 3" - 5" and upon looking at them closely I see tiny dots.
