What is PSL vinyl

I received a quote from a customer from another sign shop, it lists PSL vinyl, I have not heard of this before. I see it mentioned in 2 posts, but no definition or manufacturer. Do you guys know who makes it, or does this stand for something else? Thanks

Or Poly Styrene Latex perhaps, or maybe Pressure Sensitive Lamenated? Who knows- it could just be an internal identifier for the company that did the quote.
