What is Signs365?

Placed my first order with them today. Hoping for the best. Had a hard time though when I wanted to place the second order and have a contour cut around the image and they were not very helpful at all with explaining the way their site works. Talks about some resolution dots?

Yes, setting up your first few contour cuts with them can prove to be a little tedious. There are how to videos on their website that will walk you through it.

Great resource for trade printing, but be aware of banner rating that is not listed on the website. All products are for short-term temporary use.

Signs 365 banners are only rated for "seasonal" use according to their company policy and customer support representatives. Seasonal means a few weeks for outdoor use which it not listed on their website or terms of use agreement. Be careful when ordering for installations that will be outside longer than a few weeks. We had banners that were installed for less than 6 weeks that showed signs of cracking and fading. Faulty installation will be the reason they say they didn't perform better and that they are not intended to hold hold up to wind.

Our banners that we print in-house and install will easily last 6 months to 1 year for our clients without cracking or falling apart. Just some helpful advice to other companies that may be thinking about outsourcing banners.

I got banners that have been outside in Pittsburgh, Pa for a yr now and still look good.

Signs365 does a good job and stands behind their work. Everything, from their website to their facility to their prints is done well.

Today is the first time I've heard of Signs365. What is it? Went to the website and it's just in image of space with an option to login or apply.
I have been using them for a decade, I believe. When anything goes over 63". Only once in that time has anything gone awry. And that was due to a Fedex mistake. I approve this message. : )

Curious. Did you order 13 oz for that banner? They sell 15 & 18oz for better duration...

Did he mention anything specific
He was impressed with the size of the shop (I think he was in one building, and there are at least two) and the organization. I don't want to get into proprietary information like the type of printers they have, but they do a massive amount of work daily.

Registration marks? You need registration marks on the artwork AND on the contour cut. You just need a registration mark on all 4 corners of your artwork.

Good fast. Not the cheapest but fair. Only thing I don't like is everything is .25 shorter then what you order. Their standard! I ordered a bunch of 10mm coro once had to go in frame didn't fit customer refused job. I learned my lessen to read carefully. Others allow bleeds and cut to size.

never used regmarks on any of my Die cut jobs with them. load the art with proper bleed or offset paths, then load the die line file as a separate file, preview then shows how it looks over the art. done. one thing is they don't weed it nor mask it.
