what is that tool?

Most of the time I get my materials pre cut - sometimes I cut my own with a circular saw - not bad cuts but they do end up rough - what is that hand held tool called that smoothes the edges kind of goes in a circular motion when it goes down the side of the material. - also takes off a sliver of material as it smoothes

It's called a deburring tool. Should be able to get it at Harbor Freight or any hardware store.

I can't picture smoothing an aluminum sign blank with a deburring tool. I use a block plane. Works great. I wonder if you can still buy a block plane?
