What is the award wage for an 18yr old trade assistant / labourer?

Can anyone help please?
I've been searching for the award wage rate for an 18yr old labourer, new to the industry. (We manufacture & Install, so apparently come under the Building & Manufacturing Award)
I've talked to the Fairwork people, but there's so much information, I'd like to make sure I'm paying him correctly?

Let the federal standards be only a guide. If he's definitely earning his keep and adds value to your organization don't be afraid to pay him more. If he looks like a keeper and shows promise for rising through the ranks, sit down with him and layout a plan for his future....including training and commensurate pay.
