What is the best equipment for cutting Palight Premium PVC foam and .080 aluminum sheets?

What is the best equipment for cutting 4x8 sheets of 6mm Palight Premium Foamed PVC into sign shapes using a router? Additionally, I need to cut matching pieces from .080 painted aluminum 4x8 sheets. What tools or machinery would be ideal for this job?

Look into Colex flatbed cutters for a budget, durable alternative to Zund. We love ours and it's 10 years old.

For aluminum one that can oil as it cuts is probably best for aluminum and life of the bit. Our Zund has an oiler, our Colex doesn't.
