What is the easiest way to cut round corners on Aluminum Composite Panel/diBond

Has anyone got a simple way or a good tool for rounding corners on ACP?

The corner punches tend to flatten and distort ACM dont they? Ours does anyways.

Do not see distortion on our solid core ACM,

The "fluted" materials have some compression but minimal at best

Interesting. We have this table top version tool rebranded with a different name and we used it to corner round paper prints. We tried it with ACM... it works!

This is similar what we use, it works great on ACM. Ours is a little more industrial looking, but it's basically the same

Having a scrap piece of material supporting the corner helps to minimize the bending as the cutter cuts the rounded corner. Put the support peice under the peice to be rounded. A sharper corner blade helps as well.
