what is this called and where do i get it...

my customer wants a set of "stringer flags". i dont know if this is the right word for this or not. imagine 1 foot rope/cord, then 1' x 1' canvas (must be blank form me to vinyl), then 1 ' cord, etc etc etc...

anybody know what this is called and where i can get it...?

I don't think he is talking about Pennants. I think he is talking about something like the string of pennants but in a square apposed to a triangle so he can put the customers logo on it.
