It's a video. Shows a white screen turning into a Pepsi logo... From China.

Its not a vinyl... The screen is backlit, you.can tel by how.brifjt the white is compared to the people walking by it, to me it looks like a monitor displaying a white screen that fades into an image of a Pepsi can... 99% sure it's not a vinyl.


It's probably a translation error trying to describe an electronic sign.

Then could it be one of those lenticular prints? They can look like screens some times.

This is pretty much the same thing as putting a perf print on a box. Lights off, print is visible, lights on, inside of can. Am I wrong?
