i am reaching the point that i am printing a little bit, again, after all the wife's medical problems

the mutoh still gives me intermittent overspray that i blame on static electricity, IN SPITE of the fact that i mist all substrates with isopropyl, wipe dry with microfibre cloth, flip, repeat on otherside,k
flip and repeat of the side i will finally print on.

conveyors are grounded to base of the mutoh (vh1617h). humidifiers running

i want to add antistatic gun, wand of bar

i am not sure which type of technology will help to minimze/eliminate this type of effect.
it is not extreme, but it shows up on enough things with white background that i still keep the old mutoh (and of course the laminator to mount the vinyl)

antistatic gun

anti static bar

if anyone has a product to suggest i am certainly ready to give it a try

Humble PM

These were the guys we were recommended to talk to when we were looking at getting into the reverse face fine art printing market (our building was too old to warrant the additional clean room investment). Recomendation came from Drytac UK.

We were looking at the antistatic generator and blower gun. They also suggested old fashioned tinsel.

i have the bar and tinsel but got side tracked and never installed it
it is actually to the side near my mutoh

i had forgotten all about it. i got as far as grounding the in and out conveyors and that was when my wife ended up in the hospital (18 months ago)
i will finish installing all of that this weekend!
