What paint for PVC?

I have sprayed pvc letters with Krylon, as Gino said. They lasted for years. Still up, not looking as good though, done in 90’s. They were rainbow effect.

I really have no idea what material your parents "vinyl" shutters were or what paint was used, I was simply trying to give you an appropriate reply. I don't think there is any correlation between the two things.
