What printer or process do I use for these?

I have a customer that wants a ton of these covers done like these and I have no idea what printer is able to do this?

Anyone do these or know what printer is able to print on these?

That’s what I was thinking! Thank you! I have been looking around at uv printers because I saw they can do curved metals

I end up getting a mutoh 626uf with rotary attachment at the beginning of the year.

The biggest things I have found with uv is have stable environmental conditions.(temp and humidity). Spend the time to dial in your profiles. Understand the current supply issues that have been going on with materials and ink.(ink I stock a full set of cmyk 1 varnish and 2 white as a minimum level. Make sure you have a good service tech. (Victor at Axiom has been the best one I have found).

Once you get comfortable you will find more and more things that you can print on. Especially if you can make your own jigs.

That’s what I was thinking! Thank you! I have been looking around at uv printers because I saw they can do curved metals

a Flatbed UV cant do too much of a curved surface or you will lose resolution. To get a good print the head gap needs to be a certain distance from the printed object. Once you get too far off of that it will look like overspray. We have 7 UV printers in total and they are all the same in that aspect.
