What removes this ink!

I have a banner I need to update, and in the past I have just got out the cleaning solution, and it pulls the ink right off the banner. Now, this was a giant two sided deal that I ordered from Signs2Trade, and their ink is so amazing, that I don't have anything in my shop that will cut through it. Anyone know what they're using, or what I can use to cut it? So far, Lacquer Thinner and my printer Cleaning Solution are a no go. It's 18oz banner if that makes a difference.

They're running UV I would imagine. Is there a UV cleaner that would aid in the inks removal?

I don't know. They told me they can't recommend anything. I guess I can put a giant sheet of vinyl on it to cover the old dates, I just know those don't always hang on as well as something smaller since there's a good chance of it flying a little while hanging over a street.
