What The Font?

Greetings all. I am trying to find the font to match the bottom text for a project I am matching. It is a small caps font and has a similar weight and spacing to Bank Gothic, but is slightly more rounded and fluid. It's left me saying "What the font?". Any help would be appreciated and thanks for reading!
